The Opening Ceremony the 12th International Law Enforcement Liaison Officers Police-Militarizational Training Program was successfully held at People’s Public Security University of China (PPSUC).
2017年9月18日下午，第十二期执法联络员军训动员仪式在我校木樨地校区高警楼17层会议室隆重举行。会议由外事办公室主任刘东华主持，公安部国际合作局、北京外国语大学中文学院、我校军训工作领导小组等负责人，35名外警学员及我校80名新生代表出席。
The Opening Ceremony the 12th International Law Enforcement Liaison Officers Police-Militarizational Training Program was successfully held in the conference hall on the 17th floor of the Senior Police Office Training Center (SPOTC) in Muxidi campus on September 18th 2017. Ms. Xi Yanli, the Vice President of PPSUC, Mr. Zhu Ming, the Deputy Inspector of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Public Security, and other representativesincluding 35 foreign liaison officers from 28 countries, unit heads from Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) and PPSUC, as well as over 100 students attended the ceremony.

席艳丽副校长在致辞中指出，信息化时代背景下，跨国犯罪形势严峻，迫切需要各国警务部门加强交流与合作。希望全体学员以本次军训为契机，深入交流彼此警务执法理念和有益经验，积极建立良性互动关系，为推动中国与世界各国警务执法合作做出贡献。朱明副巡视员向军训营授旗。他在致辞中指出，本期培训班学员是在公安大学进行军训的首批外国执法官员，希望全体学员在军训期间认真学习，刻苦训练，增进交流，取长补短，度过一段充实又美好的时光。北京外国语大学中文学院项目部负责人、外警军训主教官及外警学员代表分别发言。
Ms. Xi addressed in her speech that the transnational crimes were mounting nowadays in this information age, and this problem could not be addressed without communications and cooperation between police forces of each country. She extended her hope that all trainees should take this training as an opportunity to expand the exchanges and accelerate the development of the policing concept between China and foreign nations, to proactively promote positive interactions, and to boost intimacy and sense of identity with each other, in an effort to make contributions to the cooperation in law enforcement between China and other foreign countries. After handing over the camp flag to the trainer representative, the Deputy Inspector Mr. Zhu Ming claimed that the trainees this year were the first group of foreign liaison officers to undergo the Police-Minitarizational Training at PPSUC, which represented unspeakable importance and in-depth foresight for this program. He hoped that all trainees could learn from each other's strong points to offset the weak ones, cherish the precious opportunity, and make this journey fruitful and memorable. Meanwhile, the head of the Project Office of the School of Chinese Language and Literature of BFSU, the representatives of the trainers and the trainees delivered their speeches respectively.

According to the schedule, 35 foreign trainees will receive the two-week Police-Minitarizational Training at PPSUC, exchanging experiences of law enforcement in different countries and attending the 2017 opening ceremony with all freshmen for inspection.
